gsx rfi, wont start and have black stuff coming out of air box....

plz can anybody help i have a 1999 gsx rfi 787, i just cant get it started! i have new plugs and batt, it starts if i have throttle full open but really lumpy and doesnt rev and iv noticed where the air box is,there is wet black spitting stuff coming out of the air box.... any ideas plz?????

You need to do a compression test. Sounds like possibly oil/gas coming out of the air box.

that is what it looks like mate, any idea what could be causing the problem?
