i first want to thank everyone who helped me put this project together. i bought a hull and a big box of parts...now i have a seadoo !! I tried to start it today and...well, i got a couple more questions. i discovered that i simply dont have a vts motor. I believe the gauges and the vts are connected somehow from what ive read so i wasnt surprised that the gauges arent working, but when i put the key on i didnt get any beeps either ?? are the beep(S) tied in with the gauges as well ?? also, the gsx is set up for pre mix. I drained the oil from the tank so any sensor will read "no oil". will any of the above cause the mpem to tell the ski not to start ? todays results...i mixed some gas/oil and tried to start with no luck. I believe I didnt mix enough to reach the straw in the tank so i put a little mix in the spark plug holes and it did kick. so i mixed a lot more gas/oil but then the motor didnt want to turn...i think i ran the battery down. i will check it out tomorrow. thanks everyone.....
