Hi there

I have a problem with my sea doo GSX 96 with 787 engine, it is difficult to start when is cold.

When I manage to start it, it buzzes by the exhaust

I changed all the gasoline hoses and redone the two carburetors.

I need advice to solve my problem

Have you tried BRAND new spark plugs? My '96 GTX was recently giving me trouble with starting issues (after carb rebuilds, etc)...changed the plugs, starts right up now. The plugs that were in were not that bad or old, but were not up to the task. I would not have guessed plugs...but you never know!

If it's sucking air somewhere it'll have a hard time pulling the fuel to the carbs and starting. Check all your lines you installed and particularly where the fuel selector is, that area is prone to sucking air.

You could do a fuel selector bypass and see if that helps.
