Getting rid of hull scratches

Hi all,

I bought 2 Seadoos and they are in pretty good nick, except for some scratches on the bottom of the skis.....I know this is normal, but i am a bit of a pain and when it comes to scratches, dents, etc.

Any advice on how to get the scratches out and get the bottom looking better?

The scraches shows white on the red bottom, which makes it look worse than it is and therefore i want to fix them up a bit.

the only thing other then leaving it alone (dont take that cocky) is to get some gel coat at a marine store you can get the kits that have a color kit so you can mix and match, clean up the scratches with alchohol and spred the mixed gel coat on, let it dry and the wet sand it down.
