Also, can I paint the "colored" part of the ski with a rattle can?

Decals

I use my wife's hairdryer. Unless you have a newer model, decals for older models are practically non-existant.

You can use (especially above the water line) aeriosol paint. RustOliem John Deere Implement Yellow is a perfect match for SeaDoo yellow.
