Gas Cap Key?

Does anyone no where I can purchase a Gas Cap key/wrench for my 2004 Sportster 4 tech? Its the one with the two male tips that fit into the female part of the gas cap. I can't even find a part number. Thanks for any help!!

Cap Key

Not trying to be a smart a$$ but is it even required. I have the S200 and got this when I purchased the boat and always just grab it and twist.

Did they possibly change the design which requires this.
