Full throttle and goin 20mph?

I called the dealer and said its the wear ring and impeller
not the carb
i have a 1995 seadoo hx but this is a 1990 waverunner lx that has the problem

The only help I can offer is look at the water intake an see if something is stuck in there like rope or sea weed if not look at the jet pump to see if it is moving freely.....
