Fuel Tank flush

I have a 95 GTX and just got it back from the shop. They told me the gas tank had debris in it and should be flushed. They wanted an insane amount to do it too. I can siphon out most of the gas, but if there is debris it is bound to settle on the bottom and wont siphon. How would I go about actually flushing the fuel with clean gas or water as I dont see an obvious outlet from the tank. Thanks.

Use a piece of clear hose attached to a metal rod and siphon the crap out like a fish tank vacuum.

I’ve siphoned out all I can. I tried to shake the seadoo up so if there was any debris it would be floating about and get sucked up. I was just wondering if there was an easy enough outlet to get to so I could actually flush it, similar to a vehicles radiator.
