Fuel Injector Wire harness

I have a 2003 GTX 4-Tec
How do you unplug the wire harness from the fuel injector?
It has to be something simple, but I can't unplug the wires.
I have a P-0261 code so I'm hoping that by unplugging and plugging the wires it will clean the contacts.

Update: I noticed the rollover vent valve has the same type of connector, but it is flipped vertically so you can see the locking spring. It is a square U shaped spring clip. Pull up on the clip and the connector comes off easily.
It's upside down on the fuel injector connector. I was able to use a short screwdriver to pull the clip down. Several removal/inserts appears to have cleaned the contacts. No codes and good performance on a short test run.
