I have replaced the grey fuel lines
cleaned through carbs
cleaned fuel selector valve
& checked fuel baffle

the problem is there is just no gas flowing through the lines. the only thing I can think of Is maybe the carburetor has a clog in the nipple or something like that i couldve missed when cleaning it. also the fuel gauge doesn't turn on when I put the key on but I was just guessing its the baffle magnet.

When you say cleaned through the carbs, do you mean like sprayed a carb cleaner or took them apart?

If you did NOT do so, there is a filter inside the carbs that gets plugged with green goo from the Grey Tempo lines.

you also did not mention cleaning the fuel filter/water seperator. also a bad o-ring on the fuel filter will leak air, wipe on some vaseline.

And they did have a bit of dirt in them but I got it out with carb cleaner

carb cleaner usually melts the little mesh in the filters i thought. also your fuel selector could be plugged up, it doesn't take much for them to turn to junk and they're cheap enough that its just smart to replace it rather than clean. try bypassing the selector to see if thats where your clog is. also look at the factory manual and make sure you have the pulse line and fuel in and return in the right places.

In working thru the fuel systems on old skis, I have found it to be very helpful to have a brake bleeder. Hook it up to where the fuel line from the tank goes into the initial screen filter/water separator. It should take very little vacuum on the bleeder to suck fuel through while selecting normal/reserve/off on the fuel selector. You will also be able to see if there are air leaks if there are bubbles in the fuel line (normally a small length of clear line is included with the testers).

Insert normal warnings regarding handling/venting gasoline.

well today i took the fuel baffle out and looked to see if it was good and it was. put it back in put the hoses back and now everything works so im guessing i just had something in the hoses mixed up.
