My buddy was riding and turned it over. Now I got oil all over the inside, what's the best way to clean it out? Is it safe to just flush the inside with the water hose? I tipped it back on the trailer as much as I could but there's still alot in there. T
Then when I was looking around I noticed a small rubber hose broke and I have no idea what it goes to. What kind of line to use. I think oil was coming out of it so I guess it has something to do with oil system.

Holy crap dude that is the oil line! Don't run it until repaired! 3/32 tygon fuel line. That lines comes of the oil pump and injects into intake manifold. How long were you running it like that? Check compression.

My buddy flipped it and all was good, we were about to load up anyway. Then my wife and I took it out for a couple hours a few days later. That was about a week ago and we didn't have any problems then either. Last time I checked it, it was kinda hard like my weed eater gas lines get when they are old. I just happen to be looking it over cause we are going out this weekend. So I'm not sure if it happen when we were riding or while it has been sitting. I'll try to get my dad to come over and check the compression with his tool. I'm guessing it would have ran bad or a light would have come on if it happened while we were riding, right. Thanks for your input I'm gonna get it fixed asap. Can I get the line at the local auto parts store or do I need to go to a dealer? Any idea how long the hose is?

Get 4\5 feet of 3\32 tygon gas line and zip tie them on real good with small zip ties. I use 2 on each end.

Put about a half oz of oil down each spark plug hole then bleed the new lines by advancing the oil injection pump all the way while cranking it over with plugs still out a and plug wires on the ground posts.

Get oil all the way down the new lines and in to the injectors and all the air bubbles out.

You can also search for bleeding oil injection lines for more info.

Thank you for the reply. I have a manual, but it doesn't seem to be as helpful as this forum is. Lol

Thanks for the link. I would order that but it would make it here in time for the weekend. I need to find it local for now. Although it still might be worth ordering to have a backup.

First what ski do you have?
If it is a 720 you only need about a foot of the 3/32" line and any mower shop will have it.

Also what oil are you running? 99% of the time blue oil is wrong for a Seadoo.

What should I use, Quicksilver PWC? How do I go about draining and changing it over? Do I need a new filter?
What about cleaning the inside, just hose it out?

Clean the hull with simple green or dawn soap, let it sit and break the oil down. Drain initial oil and crud into a container so you can dispose of it correctly.

I got the Quicksilver PWC full Synthetic, 12ft of 3/32 line, and the inline oil filter. Hoping to start working on it tomorrow eve.

You better check that Quicksilver oil. If it isn't in a black bottle with yellow label it is not correct. Their Silver bottle is a dual rated TCW-2 oil that is not approved for seadoo's.

Are you serious? It has a jet ski on the front and I read that it was good to use. Man, I'm trying to keep this thing going but it seems like everything I buy for it is wrong. It's in a silver bottle and I haven't put it in yet. Just been trying to clean out the hull of oil.

Stick with seadoo oil OR amsoil. You must read the back of the bottles when buying oil, cant go by pictures of a jet ski ;)

I live in Oklahoma, pictures are worth 1000 words. The only Seadoo dealer around here is 45 min one way drive and high priced. I would like to find something I can buy from Walmart since it's so close and open 24/7. So if I'm changing to a different oil, should I change it again soon to try and get the old old from the lines and engine out or will it be ok with a little of the other oil mixed in till end of season? I also have a new oil filter to put on, should that be changed every time also.

So the short answer is no. You can't mix oils and you can't use any oil that says TCW-2 on it which the silver bottle Quicksilver does.
You have to run a API-TC oil that is it. You can get it from Amazon with 2 day prime shipping or there is probably an Amsoil dealer close to you that has their version.
You have to drain and flush the system and replace the filter to change since yours has the wrong oil already.
If you mix the oils they will gel in the lines and destroy your engine.

Do it once and do it correct and forget about it and have fun.

For what it's worth, I contacted Mercury regarding their PWC oil. The oil in new bottle is the same as the old black one. Neither are TC-W type oils.

Do I have to remove the carb to get to the 3/32nd oil line? I don't really see any other way unless I undo the bolt. What about bleeding the lines?

You got the correct oil. It is much easier if you do remove the carb but you will need a new base gasket.

I'm gonna try to do it without removing the carb, I had to drive across town after work the last two days to get stuff from the dealer. I'm such a newbie to seadoos it's terrible. Not to mention I got a toddler that wants to help me do everything. I read about drain the oil from the line right at the oil filter, seems easy since I'm putting a new filter on too. So I'm guessing I'll need to bleed the air out but not real sure how to go about that. I also read about filling the lines before connecting them. The shop manual that I got with the ski isn't helping much. Sorry for rambling on, I'm just lost with all this and don't have any seadoo buddies to come help me out. Lol

Got the hose changed and most of the oil out. The new oil filter has the arrow going in the opposite direction from the old one. Do I go by the arrow even though it would look backwards from the old one? All I have left to do is install filter and bleed line if needed. Then I found a mystery hose that goes from the back wall to the battery area, vent hose maybe? I didn't see anywhere to hook it up around the battery.
