alright, took ur out today, for first time, and with where the boat started(flooded motors, carbs..etc) for over a year, think she performed awesome. No leaks, steering strate..blah, blah.
One minor prob...darn thing would not SHUT-UP, continously beeping. So, reached down, felt the motor/pipes..etc, everything cool, so unplugged the temp sensor, and she still beeped at me.
So, ? is...what prob do I have...thanks for thee advise/solution

short?......

Maybe from the flooded motors, the temp sensor connecter is grounded out. Check the inside and look for that 12 volt corrosion looking grees or white poerder stuff............

so, ur say'n that, that IS the only place, that will make the darn thing continously beep..."overheating". Thanks, Snipe
With temp sensor unplugged, and if there wasn't a "short", then the beep'n should've stopped. Was hop'n it were faulty sensors, but with unplugged, and still beeped, that one threw me off...thanks,

Also, the speedo and starboard tach wasnt work'n, port worked, bounc'n around 68-6900

My beep on my boat was the oil sensor was bad had it changed out and no more beep beep. Just throwing that out there :)

Yeah, read another thread, that it can be multiple problems. Guess, I'm gonna start unplug'n stuff. Since fuel gauge is messed up, start w/ that, then go somethin else...

My fuel gauge wasn't working either and I pulled it out and was clueless about what I was doing. I found a place that services Seadoo's that had awesome reviews online. I took it to them and they fixed it and found that my oil sensor was not working either. They replaced both of them with new parts and everything is working great now. These guys up at the shop are very educated when it comes to working on boats/skies. When I asked them a question they answer it plus more. They didn't even charge me a arm and a leg thank god. You can tell they take pride in their work. Good thing is now I don't have to worry about it for a long time. Good luck with yours brother I just don't got the patients to figure it out myself.
