first ride on jetski and some problems need help.

so i took jetski out on pond today. ran great got it up to 55mph even though i didnt think it had it in it. how ever every time i took sharp turn and came out of it the OIL warning would come on also came on when i held it wide open for more than 30 secs
so anybody got an answer cuz i checked oil and it was full looked a little watery so im gonna change it again tom. and try again. also whats everybody thoguth about using something heavier in motor like 20w50 oil..... i picked up this thing in winter last yr.
i hope its not gonna be a PITA all summer
oh 1 more thing what is p1517 mean that also came up on dash.... i read the code definition not sure if i should worry about it

after searching the forums i found that the early 4tec has a problem with the oil sensors hope i can get some feedback on this.

Went to water for lil bit today.. still beeping I am kinda lost at this moment. So I give up for today...

Sorry, I don't know much about 4 stroke SeaDoos. I do know that if you have water in the oil, at best its a head gasket.
