Ok so I normally don't get under my unless I sucked up a rope which has only happened twice. So this weekend when my pressure washer and telescoping (soft bristle) brush failed to remove a red mud stain. I broke out my trusty bug be gone sponge and my creeper and got busy removing the stains. And that would be when I notice a few scratched and rough spots. So I figured I would just get a keel guard and the problem up front would be fixed. Then I notice a nice cut just forward of the jet intake. I'm not sure when this happened since I don't remember ever hitting any thing under the boat. So before I go out and buy a repair kit I would like some expert opinion on what I should do or the steps I should take in order to repair the underside of my boat.
Here are some pictures to help you help me.

Your pictures didnt come up. I patched up some gouges in the bottom with the gel cote repair kit while i was fixing a huge scrape on the side. Very easy and it looks great after using it a month since then.

I just bought the gelcote repair kit from http://www.gelcoat.ca/ . the good thing about them is they are exact color matches for seadoo brand. it was thirty something for the kit and 20 or so for shipping. total was $55. I have some gouges in my RXP and planning on fixing them myself. I will let you know how it comes out.

Anyone know how to get surface scratches out? I have a black jet ski and it has a few white scuffs on the sides. What is best solution without spending a fortune?

thanks some great advice here. I pick up a fiberglass and a gelcoat repair kit last week at Academy Sports (pretty much the walmart of all things out doors) each kit was $20 so if I need more it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks again now let's see if I can do this with messing it up, I tend to rush through things sometimes.
