First let me say hello to all and thank you in advance. I am new to the seadoo world, as I just bought a 1997 challenger 1800. I am sure I will now be here often as I have a lot of learning to do and then hope to help others with what I am able to learn.

I am first trying to find the operators manual for the 1997 challenger 180, as I am not even sure what all the features of this boat are?

Second, I believe I am in need of carb rebuilds as I have melted the rave valve bap on one motor, I cleaned all the valves and had replaced one cap for melting and now the other cap on that same engine is melted and the engine bogs often. So I am looking for a how to on the carb removal and rebuild of this boat?

Does this sound correct for a carb rebuild? Bogging and melted rave cap? I checked compression and all cylinders are 140-150.
Thanks again,
Sam
