Not sure if you fixed it or not. I found that i was burning the rubber boots around the pipes. Center pipe was 320F. engine was 110F waterbox was 145F Engine was cool. water was going thru engine but not thru exhaust pipe. I Think its the two Hoses on the expansion chamber. They where crossed. Its the one that goes to the water box regulator and the pisser. Just bought this 98 XP limited.
