I bought a 96 Seadoo XP earlier in the summer with a rebuild engine and ran great at the house on a hose. I go to take it out the first time and have it running on the hose to make sure it is ok, it cuts off. Now the pto will only turn over 180* before it gets really tight and will not turn anymore and this is with the pump removed. What could cause this? Any help will be appreciated, hoping it is something simple.
