Engine Shuts down - please help

2009 Sea Doo RXT 215. After about 20 minutes of riding, I lost all power, including electronics (dead in the water). I checked my back up key and cables to the battery. Nothing worked. While being towed in I kept trying my key. After about 5 minutes I regained everything. Later that day, on a separate ride, it shut off again for about 5 minutes.

Any help is appreciated.

There is a 30 amp relay , I would start with that. Test it or replace it if you don't have the tools. Be sure you are charging at around 13.5 volts when running, 12.5 volts not running on the battery. Look down at the thread Totally Dead on how to test it.
