engine missing

1996 SeaDoo xp : has a miss while running at all speeds, changed plugs, carbs rebuilt, still doing it. Any ideas?

The most common reason for this on this model is a bad voltage regulator. Unplug the red wire to it in the gray electrical box next to the gas tank. If the problem goes away the regulator is the issue but keep in mind your battery will not be charging.
