Elevation Carb adjustments

Hey guys!
Just got my boat down to CO and took it out for the first time yesterday. Man did I miss her! It's a 98 Sportster 14'. Where I am now is at 5K' elevation. It's definately noticeable that the boat is on the rich side without a doubt. I'm wondering if anyone has or knows where I can find specs on tuning the carbs for elevation changes? I tried searching and found a good writeup on theory, but wondering if there are any charts available? I ride snowmobiles and they have factory jet charts (incl. needle settings, jet sizes, etc) but can't seem to find one for the boat. I'll also be taking it out on a reservoir at 9k', so it would be nice to have the correct sizes, etc do make the quick adjustments for either lake and have her ready to go in no time! Thanks for any help!!

Unfortunately... there are no charts that I'm aware of. BUT... since air density goes down... so does the HP. SO... to get the boat to perform correctly.... you also need a lower pitch impeller.

Thanks Doc. There has to be something out there I would imagine...does seadoo only expect people to run these things at sea level??? Would the manual have anything? I'll def join the site to get access to that if so!

Nope... but back in the day... they would have installed an high altitude kit in it, if you were using it above 3500' MSL.

All things needing O2 have issues at high altitude... and it's impossible to tune for a large change.
