Electrical Fault

I have a 05 GTX 4-TEC. Using the BUDS system only thing found was electrical fault. I did have a broken wire earlier in the year but fix it once and still getting message so fixed it again and still getting message. When in water the computer is limiting engine to 6500 rpms but on land it will do easy 7500+ please help me I have started to check all connections but as some of you know this is a time consuming task. After looking into it farther looks like the supercharger is going as well as a possible oil pump failure possible cause and effect. Super charger was rebuilt last season... looking at $3000 was a short summer.
