Driveshaft removal

I have a 96 XP. I’m pulling motor to rebuild. I can’t get the driveshaft to separate at the carbon seal. It will come out of the motor. I have taken the pump off. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Finally got it off. Had to pull motor to remove driveshaft. Then had to knock the sleeve both ways to get off. Rusted pretty bad
