Driver seat

I like to sit higher than the Utopia 205 driver seat allows - has anyone seen any aftermarket custom driver seats?

I'm with you man, I've been looking too. Right now I just have to stack lifejackets and seat cushions. You would think they would have flip up seats like every other bowrider does.

This is the cheapest I've found, but I wish there was a mod I could make to the current seat.

Do you know if that will fit the mounts for the Utopia?

What I would really like is a seat where a circular portion of the seat can be telescoped up to function almost like a bar stool. It would allow the driver to elevate his site lines and to swivel easily to increase his field of vision around the boat. I'm not sure if I saw it somewhere or whether it was just something that I came up with but either way, if anyone finds something like that, let me know.

Looking at the seat, it uses a flat mounting plate like the seats in the Sea-Doo's, so you should be able to make it work. You may have to get a bit creative with drilling new holes, or building an adaptor, but it should be really straight forward.

I might have to think about one of these for mine as well. The only thing I hate about my boat is the seat.
