Draining Carb help

Can someone give me a quick rundown on how to drain the carbs on a 2000 Speedster SK? I just want to make sure I follow the correct procedures.

not really draining the carbs, but removet he airbox,..pop lid off, then removethe 6-allen bolts, then the 4-allen bolts under the air screen, and 2 of the 4 securing the carb bracket, remove that unit, then you got access to carbs. Undo the choke, throttle, and injection cables from the carbs, and now ready to removet he 2-allen bolts securing each carb. You should only have 1-40I series carb to each motor along with the excel pump attached to it. Remove the carbs and go thru them...
