I just bought a 1997 GTX. Personal watercraft is all new to me When i tried it out for the first few time it ran like a bat out of hell. I took it out this weekend and it ran good up to about 35 MPH and when i go at full throttle it seem to rev up and down like the carb injectors or dirty or not getting enough fuel. Should i put some fuel injector cleaner in the fuel tank or just take in to the shop?

Do not put injector cleaner in the gas. If it's revving up real high and not going anywhere you might have a propulsion problem. If it's bogging down, low rpms no speed, your problem is probably with the fuel system.
To truly clean the carbs they will need to be removed and taken apart to get to the filters inside them. Pretty easy job, just have to be careful not to tear any of the diaphragms.
