Do I need new bearings?

Swapping out the brakes on an 11-year-old Karavan (caliper sheared in half). Wondering if the marring is normal for 11 years of use or if need new bearings?

I am not sure I am seeing any marring, but maybe some surface discoloration from contaminated grease. If you have gone to the trouble of taking it down this much anyway, why not go ahead and replace the bearings and seal while you are in there and rest easy knowing you are good for another 11 years ?
