DIY diagnostic tools

Hello,

I am new to the forum.
I am sure someone posted similar question, but I could not find it in my Search.

Is there a basic diagnostic tool that private owner could buy to read codes from the sea-doo's computer board and similar?

I noticed talks about BUDS tool, but not sure if only authorized dealers can buy those? and probably are very expensive too.

if you don't mind, just let me know what are your experiences and advices.

is there a OBD scanner or similar that works OK for diagnostics of both 2 and 4 strokes engines? if yes, what is the name and where is best to buy it.

Yep, I am looking for something like this.
How good this tool is?
Did you or anyone else have some experience with it ?

Are there some other, maybe more professional/accurate, but not too much more expensive tools?

Is this tool just for Sea Doos or can do other brands too ?
