Hi I have an 2001 rx the display gauge keeps flashing ( entret and 12v frbie) I replaced the battery ,mpen and still nothing

Try posting in the regular 2 stroke section.
Your symptoms are typically a bad voltage regulator which can be common on these.
The message is 12V low I assume.
You should have at least 12.5 volts with the ski off and at least 13.5 when reving the engine to 4,000 rpm. Anything over 14 volts is bad too.
