Just as I thought how clean the water has been looking this year....I sucked something up and it totally destroyed my wear ring ... I was do for a pump service anyway..

The water has been clear down in OC this year. But last weekend it definitely had some seaweed content in the waves from the passing storm, not sure about the inland waters though. Chit was getting wrapped on my legs when we were out boogie boarding and I was whipping it all over the kids creeping them out.

I just dropped a delerin ring in my 02 XP. Looks slick and the fit was tight.

I thought sure I crewed mine, when I ingested a lenght of rope. The shaft wind stopped just short of the pump.

Yea man all season it's looked great..I surf at sunrise a lot and I did notice an increase in the sea salad for sure. I must have sucked up some Labor Day shoobies discarded beer can.

LOL, that's priceless. Where you at in OC? I usually put in at the Tennessee ramp when I'm down at my parents place. Last weekend we just sat on the beach and gopro'd my son skimboarding and I went out to boogie board and body surf to pass time. Last weekend was DEAD people wise, it was great hardly anyone on my parents street at all.

They are all gone finally it's so empty I love it.
I work all over the island, just sold our house on the north end, over in somers point now. The price of the Tennessee ramp is like double the one at JFK park in SP. And now there's a free ramp under the new bridge also.
