Dip Cleaning Carbs

Totally new to the Sea Doo world with a 95 XP I picked up. It runs fine, but still has all the old fuel lines, etc, so I’m cleaning and replacing a lot of things to refresh it. A friend suggested I just dip the carburetors in carb cleaner overnight to clean them. I’ve attached pictures where I have the PTO carb apart so far. The carb cleaner specifically states not to have rubber or plastic parts still in when dipping. Some of the little black pieces still attached feel like plastic to me. Can anyone provide some guidance on if I can safely dip these parts or if I need to remove additional things before proceeding? Gaskets and diaphragms look good, just need cleaned up, so I don’t plan to rebuild and dont want to mess anything up.

Nope, keep pulling them apart. By the green goo in your fuel pump chamber I am sure the filter is plugged that you haven't removed yet.

Thanks for the link, great info. Am I safe to still re-use all the original seals, diaphragms, etc, or since apart replace even though I’m not really planning a full carb rebuild?
