1995 seadoo xp was winterized with antifreeze, after i drain that out and connect the hose, i should just be able to start her up, let her run, and thats it right? no need to replace the antifreeze with water correct?

You don't need to drain anything, just start it up and flush it out. There is no closed loop system that requires filling with water or coolant.

Fire it up, connect the hose to flush, run for a brief moment to burn off the fogging oil. Shut off hose and disconnect, then shut off the ski. Maybe change the plugs and fresh gas, then tow to the lake and have fun.

I'd charge the battery first of course and check oil levels before starting for the first time of the season.

Yep. Make sure you start the ski before turning on the water, and turn the water off before shutting down the ski
