Hey guys, I want to add the seadoo brand depth finder to my 2014 rxtx 260. I called 3 dealers, 2 gave me different part numbers. Anybody out there installed one and know which is the correct part?

00421 or
00332

Seems like 00421 is the correct one but the dealers around me didn't seem confident.

Also, how's the install?

Thanks guys!

According to sea doo's catalog its 295100421 2011 and up models with iBR*, GTS (2011 - 2013)
google the part number to find the best price.

Installed one on my 2012 RXT. 30min job. plug and play.

Thanks!

Dealer acted as if installing the gel pads for the transducer was a big deal...said it was a 1 hour to 1.5 hour job.

I figured that was to get me for more money.

The gel pad really isn't just take your time to stick it on the transducer without air bubbles. It snaps in under the battery. Then wire it into the fuse box. I'll scan the install directions and post them later for you.

Appreciate it!

No problem. Once the battery is out you will see a square cut out that is part of the mount for the battery attached to the hull. Just make sure you look at which way the wire is going there is a a cut out for it. Yea you only have to worry about the air between the pad and transducer.
