Degree wheel

Hey guys where can I get my hands on a degree wheel to time the rotary valve? Or can some one walk me through making one? I ordered my new gear for it today so we will see what happens. Thanks for all the help

ebay... i got once pretty cheap last month and it worked great. got the XP back on the water....yeah, the timing was slightly off! 60 degrees haha.
