I was wondering what the correct compression on a 2004 Rotax 130 motor should be..?

Having a boat checked out, and the compression check came back 110 and 95...

From reading the posts here, Im sorry, but those numbers arent good, the concensus from most posts its 135 and higher, anything lower, may need a rebuild.. This is knowledge from what I read on here.. someone can chime in..

OK, so here's the deal. This is a boat I am looking to purchase. It is a brokered boat, and the compression numbers came back as part of the whole boat inspection. I called a local Sea Doo shop in the area, and they filled me in on the proper as well as the acceptable numbers for compression. Concensus is that something is going on with this boat's motor, but no way to tell exactly what without tearing it down. I was informed that it could be something minor (less costly) or something major, again, no way to tell. Depending on who I speak with, I get the opinion of "just walk away" or "have the owner foot the bill to diagnose the issue", then go from there. I called the broker back, told him I had some concerns about the compression, he agreed to have another inspection completed and we will go from there, however I am leaning towards walking away. We'll see.

Heard back from the broker today, they haven't run a new compression test yet, however he spoke with the tech that ran the first test. Tech or broker (I'm not sure who is making this claim) stated that the battery on the boat was nearly dead, and that it barely turned the boat over when they started it. Broker/tech (not sure who), is claiming that the low battery may have caused the low compression readings. Is this possible...? They are going to drop a new freshly charged battery in before the next test.
