You may have damaged the ride plate which acts as a heat exchanger for the engine , its made of aluminum and the engine coolant circulates through it and transfers the heat to the water. You might be able to slide the ski back a bit on the trailer in do an inspection to see if there is a hole in it, something was probably struck riding or loading and damaged it. If not the ride plate then you need to start removing things at the back on the inside to see what is leaking, you could use a system pressure tester to help find it faster.

Big thanks for the reply. The water seems to Come from the inside and not from any external damage. What is the most likely leakage on these models? Thanks

Start removing items until you can see what it is if you suspect it's from the inside, you can't run the engine low on coolant.

Take a hard look at the plastic connector on the inside of the ski connecting the coolant hose to the ride plate. They have been known to crack.
