continuous buzzing alarm while idling??

Hi, I recently got a 1993 bombardier sea door and everything seems to be working fine except there is a continuous buzzing noise and its only while idling. After accelerating it quits and after going back to idling it seems to take a few minutes for it to come back. Any ideas what this could be? Thanks for any info

continuous buzzing is overheating. When you rev it up... you make more water pressure. I would check over the cooling system. You probably have a partial plug somewhere.
