Complete rebuild?

I just found out I have a 951 DI not a regular 951... (I'm new to all this stuff)... Just wondering if I should do a complete rebuild since I dont know the status if the crank or anything since it was apart when I bought the ski. The motor is still in the ski and I am able to turn the crank just by grabbing the pistons and rotating them. I am pretty mechanically inclined and have rebuild car motors before... Is it worth it? Also where can I get crank bearings and all of the stuff for a complete rebuild? Thanks!

The lower end is not an easy service job without the high tonnage press and machine shop equipment, you will find getting another crank is cheaper because very few shops are equipped to do this work properly, ask around then look at sbt or fullbore.

I was looking at it last night and the rods are not loose or anything, so I don't think there is anything wrong with it. I think what happened is the motor was starved of oil, thus the piston rings went bad due to friction in the cylinder. Here are some pictures of the motor, let me know what you think about just doing a top end. Thanks.
