Hey Guys,

My name is Mike and i am new to the forum.

I bought a 2005 Seadoo RXT last year and found that its gel coat was very oxidized.

I buffed it out but it was very apparent that it would need to be wet sanded as well.

The problem that i have is that their is some damage to the gel coat from an impact and i was wondering how i could go about fixing it.

Pictures are bellow, feel free to give me any advise or tips on how to better restore it. like i said, i am new at this.

EDIT *** I had problems putting the pictures up as i think they were to big. I provided a google drive link t check them out. ***

The areas on the side can be wetsanded out, the spider cracked areas on the front however are a different story, on the front the gelcoat will need to be ground off till no damaged areas are left, then new gelcoat will need to be mixed with catalyst and thinner and shot onto the ski with a paint gun, then the fun begins with days and days of wetsanding and buffing to make it blend into the surrounding gelcoat.

Here is a thread I made at PWC Today.com that may be of some help here.
