is the pump variable or, on is on and off is off

Damaged pump, damaged circuit wires, damaged connector or damaged ECM output pins. Normally, it is a faulty fuel pump but could be a bad connection in pump circuit. Pull the pump and check it with 12v directly to it. Many times the pump can be pulled and is very dirty and won't run properly and a good cleaning by running it in a bucket of carb cleaner will fix it.

The pump is not variable, on is on. but it will cycle on and off. when the lanyard is put on, it should run for 2 seconds to build pressure.

thanks ski doo i cut the ground wire and that was a code
my pump is fine i hot wired it with a 10 amp fuse
what ever is working my ground i dont have one
i heard its the ECU i even used a continuity tester and
the ground is not grounded with key in or out
dont no were else to go with this one
