code history ?

I had a code for high exhaust temp on my 2013 gti because a baseball cap got stuck in my intake for a short time and had it cleared by a non BRP dealer mechanic. Once the code is cleared will it show up as stored history if i ever bring it to a BRP dealer in the future ?

Pretty close, It was a NYPD cap but not yankees.
