clear line next to fuel vent????????

hey i was changeing my fuel lines the other day and came across a clean hose that connects to a vent on the right side of the hull right next to ware the fuel line vent is, but i followed the cleal line back and it isnt conected to anything. it is a 1997 seadoo gti i was wondering if anyone knew what this line is for and what its suppose to be connected to. it is a long line and runs along the right hand side of the hull. thanks

thanks is it suppose to be hooked up to anything tho or does it just kind of chill out by the battery.
