Are the grey plastic check valves on the 951 all the same?
On mine the one coming off the right connection on the bottom crankcase is totally blocked.
I can't locate one here in the UK, but other one way valves ate available.
What psi do they work at or could any one way valve work?

The one off the excel pump for the carb, or the one feeding the rave solenoid? Either way, remove and clean bud

I just bought a pair of these for my 98 and 99 gtx limited. They operate at 1 1/2 lbs psi I believe. Both of mine were inoperative too. I sprayed them out but all you could get was either all open or all closed - no check. I got the last 1 of ten sold on eBay and then 3 sites online had to rebate me due to unavailability. I finally found a dealer in Ohio that had like 2 or 3 left of which I bought 1. Hope somebody comes up with replacements since SEADOO doesn't seem to make em anymore.

Can anyone tell me where to get the little orange check valve for the accelerator pump, again no where here in the U.K., even Rotax won't help[emoji22]

Unless you find an used excel pump, your best off to remove it and jet the pilot, 1 to 2 jets higher. Leave the settings and mainjet alone

Jess at westcoastpowersports.com has them. I got mine from him.
