check for 0.85 to 1.15 ohms between engine connector pin 1 and ECM - How do i do that?

Seadoo RXP 2004 it beeps but wont start. If I bypass the starter solenoid it starts and gives me the error code P0351 on display.

I bought a new solenoid at Amazon (this one - https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004VA3G9C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 ) replaced and also replaced the battery.

seems like my next step is to perform the test bellow but I don't know how to execute the test. CAn anyone help?

check for 0.85 to 1.15 ohms between engine connector pin 1 and ECM connector pin A-41
Check for 12 volts on pin 2 of coil connector
