I have a 1997 Seadoo GTX with a 787 and a 1997 Seadoo Speedster with twin 717 motors. The 787 has rave valves but the 717 does not. I am currently using Quicksilver synthetic blend oil and I was thinking about going to a full synthetic to reduce the level of smoke. I hear there are other advantages as well. My question is, if I let the blend oil run low in the tank but not run out..is it ok to put the full synthetic oil in of top of the blend or will this cause issues?
