Challenger 1800 trailer dimensions?

I'm house shopping and would like to buy one with a garage that would fit my Challenger 1800. Does anyone know the length and width of the trailer (approx)? I would measure, but my boat is in an underground mine storage facility 2 hours away.

The boat is about 18 x 7.5... so I'm guessing I need about 22 x 8 or so

I have a 2006 SE 1800, on the trailer it's 20'-6" long X 8'-3" wide (fender / fender)....
