New to forums here. I have a 1999 Sea-Doo Challenger 1800 with several gauge problems. Main gauge issue i would like to first tackle is the fuel gauge that always reads full. I have a new known good fuel level sender that does read properly when tested up and down the levels with a ohm meter. The boats fuel gauge reads full when plugged in to the sender no matter what position the float is in and empty when it's disconnected. I also noticed the low fuel alarm does not sound off or light up when the gauge shows empty by disconnecting the sender. Any ideas on what to check would be GREATLY appreciated. I hate to ride around without a working fuel gauge.

My guess is your gauge is shot if the fuel level sender is ohming correctly.

One of the Seadoo boats I had, had a small flat head screw on the back of the gauge used to adjust the reading to "calibrate" it to the fuel level. Doubtful that is your problem, but worth looking at
