Challenger 14’ Fuel guage is spazzing out!

I recently replaced the float in my sender bc it sank and since then the guage has been doing this (wont let show video) The pointer on the fuel guage rapidly goes to 0 fuel to the fuel i have back and forth rapidly and the low oil guage trips out and blinks. But usually at idle its calm and working and it happens when i get to cruising speed! And also my speedometer only turns on if i turn the blower off and after i turn the blower off it stays on and sometimes works or doesnt! Haha Let me know
