my jet ski almost feels like it it cavitated like it would feel if i pulled up some rocks. but i know for a fact i did not pull in any rocks. it like studders and now it work go top speed? i just put in a new starter, but previous to that i was waterskiing on it as i was told it has 110 horse power and it would do it easy and it seemed like it had trouble pulling me. i do believe that is what caused it.
any replys would be extremely appreciative

Look under the hull; maybe you sucked up some grass, weeds, a rope, or something and it is wrapped around your drive shaft.

It could be the wear ring is damaged or worn out, and in need of replacement. Wear Ring clearance for your seadoo 1.0 mm or (.040in) Measure the clearance at the center of the impeller blades, with a 12” long gauge. Measure the clearance from the venturi side of the jet pump.
