I am installing a new wear ring in my 97 GTX and have a few questions.
1. I am sure I got the incorrect pusher because it is square and I need a round one. This is what I got from OSD can someone help me with a part number for the correct one.
2. What is up with this carbon ring, isn't it supposed to fit tightly on the drive shaft? Is this the incorrect part for it, this is what I took out of the ski. When I removed the pump I noticed the drive shaft was very loose in the ski.

Sorry if the questions are a bit dumb, first time working on this.

Pretty sure you need the anti rattle cone to match the push rod. They dont make the rods round. The carbon ring will be dead center when the drive shaft is installed "if" your motor is aligned correctly. It is the carbon ring making contact with the silver top hat that seals the water out. It also looks like the sealing surface has a chip in it so I would replace it.
