If so, I got stainless screws from my local hardware store M4X0.7-16. These are a little longer than the Mikuni ones, but I don't think the Mikuni ones are a standard US length.

Little hard to tell from the picture ... which carb and where do the screws go exactly? The only flathead screws like the one pictured that I'm aware of on my SBN38i Mikunis hold down the check valve body internally and the diaphragm cover. The pump body (fuel pump body) are held on with M5 roundhead JIS screws.

The internal screws I believe are:

Check valve body screws flathead JIS m4 - 0.7 x 14mm
N/S retaining screw round head JIS w/washer M2.5 - 0.45 x 8mm
Needle arm pin screw oval head JIS m2.5 - 0.45 x 8mm
Check valve retaining screw button head m1.6 - 0.35 x 6mm integral washer head

You can get a full set of internal or external screws from OSD in stock. $3 ext $6 int

the carb screws go into the 99 gsx limited... which are the 46

I checked the 46 parts diagram http://www.mikuni.com/pdf/bn46i_rebuild-kit.pdf and the part number is the same as the 38/44.

I'd just take the carb to the hardware store and find a screw that fits. It's what I ultimately did. Paid 13 cents each as I recall.

M5.00-.80 x 10mm (x 15mm for the pump side)

My Home Depot had them in SS. I wish in a allen head, but it was a Philip head

I got a full set of s.s. allen head screws from OSD in 2 day for about $3.
